I called this location to ask about buying a pair of Nordica Enforcer downhill skis. The warehouse did not have in stock the skis that I wanted and needed, but Matt, who works in store at this location, helped me from the phone and was excellent! He was friendly, fun, knowledgeable. I know skis well but he really helped provide that extra bit of knowledge and insight to help me decide what would be best for me both in terms of ski and length. I don't live in Ottawa, so will likely never get to the store, but just wanted to share my positive experience with Matt's knowledge!

Have bought bikes, ski's and other equipment from them and have had excellent support. Most recently went to them with a warranty issue with Line Ski's I had purchased on-line as they are the local dealer. The on-line seller resisted providing any assistance to honor the warranty. Kunstadt submitted a warranty request on my behalf for ski's they didn't even sell.
