Bike service is available at select Kunstadt Sports locations, including Kanata, Glebe, Bank & Heron, and Chelsea. Book your bike service online or visit us in-store to create a service ticket. Walk-in service is still welcome!

HOW TO BRING YOUR BICYCLE INTO KUNSTADT SPORTS FOR SERVICE

  • Step 1

    Before you bring your bike(s), make sure to:

    • Clean all excess dirt/mud from bike
    • Remove all accessories from bike (lights, water bottles etc.)

  • Step 2

    Book online or in store:

    • Fill out our appointment booking form online OR come into our store and we will take down your information and create a service ticket for your bike with you.

  • Step 3

    Receive an email when your bike is ready

    • If we discover your bike may need additional work we will email you. When your Bike is complete you will receive an email for pickup.
