Armada Al Dente Ski 2017
Just like a plate of spaghetti from Little Italy, the Armada Al Dente Skis have been cooked to perfection and have the street cred to back it up. Henrik Harlaut wanted a ski stable enough to stomp landings but soft enough to butter. Combining the best of those worlds, the Al Dente features AR Nose Rocker and a softer tip so you can dial in a butter cork 7 without catching the tips. Durability is a no-brainer; Armada's AR50 construction and 2.7 edges are bombproof.

Dimensions - 133 - 98 - 123 @ 178
Radius - 20.5m @ 178
AR50 Sidewall - ABS sidewall meets cap construction – the best of both worlds. This engineering method combines the lightweight cap construction in the tip and tail with ABS sidewall underfoot, resulting in enhanced edgehold and significantly lower swing and overall weight.
CK Stringer - A blend of Carbon/Kevlar stringers that run along the tail of the skis to help stabilize it. This creates a better landing platform, especially when your weight is further back than intended. It also increases snap and adds pop to ollies.
Laminate Matrix - Armada know from the core out exactly how each ski should react, so three kinds of fiberglass laminates are used in combination to deliver the exact amount of flex and torsional rigidity. Bi-axial fiberglass runs in an “x” pattern down the ski to control lateral flex. Uni-directional fiberglass controls flex along the length of the ski. And tri-axial fiberglass, with fibers running in three directions, beefs up the center of the ski. The permutations of the three fiberglasses are nearly limitless and allow Armada to precision tune the performance of every ski they make.
2.2 Impact Edge - This edge has an oversized height and width and the steel is heat-treated to a proprietary hardness which helps resist breaking and tearing out from rails, ledges and any other abuse it might meet.
