Helium Decking – The deck of the all-new Helium series provides the foundation to make these the lightest composite snowshoes available. The unique louver design sheds snow to keep them lightweight, while also creating traction.
Helium Trail Crampon – The minimalist design of the Trail crampon gives snowshoers the needed grip for excursions down less extreme trails. The fore-foot alignment of the tempered steel tangs provides stability and ribbing allows the crampon to shed snow more effectively.
Traction Rails – Curved traction rails set in close to the foot provide sidehill traction and stability.
19° Heel Lift – On steep climbs, calf muscles tire quickly and traction decreases when your foot matches the slope angle. The heel lift bar on Atlas snowshoes eases fatigue when climbing and ensures better grip when the terrain gets steep.
Articulation – The Pivot Limiter sits lower in the decking, rooting your strides to the ground.
Aft-Deck Fin – Atlas put a fin under the tail to keep the Helium tracking straight when the snow gets deep.
Louvers – Shed snow and create integrated aft-deck traction that keeps you moving in the right direction.
Toe Crampon – Engineered with tempered steel to be strong and durable for confident traction on icy terrain that will last for years to come.
Rockered Footbed – Allows your foot to settle into a comfortable position in the binding for a natural, rolling gait.
Rounded Edge – The uniquely designed rounded edge of the Helium deck allows the snowshoe to settle into the snow instead of diving to one side or the other like most composite snowshoes.
