- Ski sidewall will be trimmed and the tip and tails will be filed and sanded smooth.
- Bases Will be belt ground flat from edge to edge to ensure the correct base angle and remove any dirt and debris stuck in the base.
- Our Wintersteiger machine will be used to grind a specific pattern into the base for the best possible glide.
- Edges will be ceramic disc polished to the customers specified angles.
- Bases will be waxed using a universal base prep wax. And heated with our infrared waxer for an extended duration to ensure the wax has fully saturated the base.
- Wax will be removed and bases will be brushed to a polished finish.
