Nous recherchons du personnel passionné et axé sur la vente pour travailler à temps plein et à temps partiel dans tous les établissements. L'amour de toutes les activités hivernales en plein air est requis !

Responsabilités:

• Engager les clients avec enthousiasme, connaissance des produits et expériences de première main tout en stimulant les ventes.
• Aider les clients à choisir le bon produit tout en dimensionnant et en ajustant correctement l'équipement approprié pour répondre aux besoins du client.
• Offrir un service client exceptionnel
• Tâches générales de gestion des transactions au point de vente, réponse au téléphone et signature des réparations de service.
• Merchandising, réassort et nettoyage des espaces de vente.

Compétences requises :

• Expérience antérieure dans un environnement de vente au détail d'articles de sport
• Excellentes compétences en communication
• Capacité à travailler de manière autonome sans supervision directe mais aussi à travailler en équipe
• Multitâche
• Disponible les fins de semaine, les soirs, horaire flexible.
• Il faut aimer les sports d'hiver !

Your day-to-day will involve everything from receiving and processing new shipments of skis, bikes, and apparel to organizing inventory and preparing outbound transfers with precision and care. • Drivers License (Class G)
• Keep tracking of inventory/stock, loading/unloading vans.
• Ability to use Pallet Jacks, Hand Trucks
• Must be able to lift Up to 50 pounds
• Picking up/ dropping off trucks or vans
• Receive, unpack and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies
• Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and special instructions
• Maintain the order and cleanliness of the shipping and receiving area
• Process Online orders for shipping to customers
• Communicate with store locations to obtain products for shipping orders
• Experience in eCommerce: Prior experience in eCommerce industry is preferred, as it provides a foundation for understanding the dynamics of online sales.
• Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask and set priorities effectively under time constraints is essential, given the fast-paced nature of eCommerce.
• Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying product information clearly.
