I am looking at buying Skis & Bindings online, do you mount the bindings for me before they ship?

Skis with Bindings purchased online do not get shipped with bindings installed.

When we supply both skis and bindings, binding installation and adjustment is free of charge.  However, this procedure cannot be completed prior to shipping as the binding adjustment must be done with consideration to the skier’s boot sole length, weight, height and skiing ability.


This procedure will be performed free of charge by our licensed technicians at any one of Kunstadt Sports locations.

In case visiting a Kunstadt Sports facility is not practical, bindings will still need to be installed and adjusted by a local licensed technician. This policy is mandated by regulations to assure skier’s safety.

What is your return policy for items bought online?

If an item was purchased online, you may return it within 30 days of the date of receipt (unless otherwise stated ie. Specific sales listed as final sale).

I recently purchased an item that is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?

We cannot perform price adjustments for items included in the following sale events: Black Friday, Boxing Week, and other limited time sale events online or in store.

SHIPPING QUESTIONS

Why I haven't received my Package yet?

Delivery time is an estimate provided by our shipping providers. Only once your order is picked up by the courier will this estimated arrival time begin. Items coming from multiple store locations may take a while to be gathered and prepared for shipment.

How come I can't choose in store pickup?

In-Store pickup is only available if all products in cart are in stock at selected store location.

I ordered an item and received an out-of-stock email.

Unfortunately, there are occasions where we experience an inventory error. When an item is no longer available, you will be contacted. We will remove the missing item(s) from your order and the remainder of your order will be fufilled.

DISCOUNTS FOR CLUBS & ORGANIZATIONS

I am a member of a Ski/Bike club, can I use my discount online?

Unfortunately exclusive deals we have with Ski/Bike Clubs only apply to discounts in store & and are not applicable to items on sale.

Can I use my Military discount online?

Unfortunately Military and other discounts are only applicable to in store purchases and are not applicable to sale items.
