We will still be accepting bikes for service. All locations will have a Bike service area where you can drop off your bike and fill out a service request form.
No Appointments, just bring your bike by during business hours.
We are not setting appointments at this time. You can bring your equipment to an outside drop off area at each store location (during store hours). There will be a service form to fill out and we will add your gear to our service queue. Turnaround time varies for each location.
We are now processing returns for items purchased in store and online via Curbside return.
If the price for an item you have recently purchased has been reduced, sale adjustment can be made if it meets adjustment criteria.
For online orders please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of placing your order. The item must be in stock and must be available in the same colour and size to receive an adjustment on original price.
In store purchases requiring a price adjustment need to be done at a Kunstadt Sports location.
We cannot perform price adjustments for items included the following sale events: Black Friday, Boxing Week, and other limited time sale events online or in store.

While we try to maintain 100% accurate inventory online, sometimes there are discrepancies that can occur. If we cannot fulfill your order we will send you a email with possible replacement options if possible.
Our new Store Pickup procedure only allows you to choose a store for pickup if the item(s) are available at that store. (ie. If you only get a Kanata pickup option then that item is only available at our Kanata Location.)
If you want to pick up at another store location we will have to transfer the items from other stores (or our warehouse) which may take a while. Send us an email and we can make arrangements for this if needed.
We try our best to monitor our inventory to ensure accuracy.
Unfortunately, there are occasions where we experience an inventory error. When an item is no longer available, you will be contacted. We will remove the missing item(s) from your order and the remainder of your order will be shipped or be ready for you to pick up in store. You will not be charged for the cancelled item(s) but please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to show on your method of payment. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
Unfortunately exclusive deals we have with Ski/Bike Clubs only apply to discounts in store & and are not applicable to items on sale.
Unfortunately Military and other discounts are only applicable to in store purchases and are not applicable to sale items.
Skis with Bindings purchased online do not get shipped with bindings installed.
When we supply both skis and bindings, binding installation and adjustment is free of charge. However, this procedure cannot be completed prior to shipping as the binding adjustment must be done with consideration to the skier’s boot sole length, weight, height and skiing ability.
This procedure will be performed free of charge by our licensed technicians at any one of Kunstadt Sports locations.
In case visiting a Kunstadt Sports facility is not practical, bindings will still need to be installed and adjusted by a local licensed technician. This policy is mandated by regulations to assure skier’s safety.
