If an item was purchased online, you may return it within 30 days of the date of receipt (unless otherwise stated ie. Specific sales listed as final sale). Returns must be sent to Kunstadt Sports main office located at 462 Hazeldean Rd. Kanata ON, K2L 1V3 for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges. If purchased from one of our retail locations, you may return it to the store of your choice. Your refund will be in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase. The packing slip or receipt that comes with your order is required as proof of purchase.
For online returns, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 30 days, please contact our Head Office.
Kunstadt Sports is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrapping, and other additional charges for returned items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to you. Your credit will be processed using the same method as was used to process the original payment.
If you have not received a refund within a reasonable period of time, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you wish to make an exchange for the same item, send us an email and send your item to: Kunstadt Sports, 462 Hazeldean Road, Kanata Ontario, Canada K2L 1V3. Within 30 days from the date of your purchase, an exchange can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. If no alternative merchandise can be found an in store credit will be issued. An original receipt or proof of purchase is requested for all exchanges.
Should you discover a manufacturer's defect in your purchased item within a reasonable amount of time, please return it to our store. An original receipt is required. If it is a warranty related issue, Kunstadt Sports will contact the manufacturer for you and help with the process, provided the original purchase was made at Kunstadt Sports. If the purchase was not made at Kunstadt Sports, there will be a nominal service fee.
At Kunstadt Sports we constantly strive to offer competitive prices in the market. If you find an identical item at a lower price advertised by our competitors prior to your purchase, we will gladly match that price. We will also retroactively match our competitors’ advertised prices within 30 days of your purchase. You need to present your original receipt along with proof that the item is being advertised at a lower price. The price must be verifiable by our employees, must be in Canadian currency, and must be sold by an authorized retailer located in Canada (internet offers do not qualify). The advertised item must be of the same brand and model and be available for immediate purchase. This policy does NOT apply to demo products, third party offers (i.e. ski passes), advertising errors or misprints, rebates, coupons, free or combined offers (i.e. gift with purchase), limited time offers (i.e. grand opening sales), close-outs, or liquidation items. Your credit will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
To return your online purchased product, you should mail it to Kunstadt Sports, 462 Hazeldean Road, Kanata Ontario, Canada K2L 1V3. You will be responsible for shipping costs incurred for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
