For bigger bodies and those who legitimately charge hard enough to need the extra retention, the revamped Marker Jester X MWerks 16 Ski Bindings are worth a close look. This ground up redesign of the proven Jester 16 gets a new shape and overall lower stand height, making for super direct power transmission and enhanced feel for the snow.
- TP Elite X Toe: Molded in a single piece and with a more robust anti-ice rail and a stand height of only 9mm.
- Anti-Ice Rail: Clear snow from your boots without destroying the toepiece
- Multinorm Compatible: Height-adjustable gliding plate to be compatible with all boot soles on the market.
- Compatible with: Alpine (ISO 5355), Touring (ISO 9523) and GripWalk (ISO 23223) soles. Easy to adjust: Pozi screw at the front to adjust height of gliding plate.
- TP Elite X Heel: Integrated brake and lower stand height (14mm)
- DIN Range 6-16
- Shorter Construction: Both toepiece and heel have a smaller footprint, resulting in more natural ski flex and reduced swing weight

I'd toppled over this morning and, well into my ride, realized I'd knocked my front brake cable out of its housing. I brought it into the Bank and Heron location and met Eric. He mended the brake, then went on to clean my very dirty chain, adjusted my rear brake and gear mechanisms and sold me some chain cleaning fluid - all in good humour and in short order.
