The Switcher 2Vi Mips Helmet is our all‑mountain benchmark for skiers and snowboarders who want one helmet for every day. It brings a sharper, premium look with a refined, precise fit that keeps the forgiving comfort Switcher is known for. Built on our 2Vi high‑performance helmet technology platform, it is engineered to increase safety and comfort without adding bulk. The multi‑density EPS liner has Impact Shields that target protection in key zones. A uniquely shaped Mips layer, tuned to the helmet’s inner geometry, allows movement that helps reduce rotational motion to the head in certain angled impacts. The hybrid construction is used to match the geometry of your head, providing strength and rigidity. A full‑circumference PC lower edge adds durability and a refined finish. Of course, the adjustable vent system stays, tuned for smooth one‑hand control from the rear dial so you can fine‑tune airflow as conditions change. A new snap‑in liner pops out in seconds for easy cleaning and quick drying. Optimized to pair seamlessly with Sweet Protection goggles, Switcher 2Vi Mips is ready for powder days, corduroy laps, and everything in between.

I'd toppled over this morning and, well into my ride, realized I'd knocked my front brake cable out of its housing. I brought it into the Bank and Heron location and met Eric. He mended the brake, then went on to clean my very dirty chain, adjusted my rear brake and gear mechanisms and sold me some chain cleaning fluid - all in good humour and in short order.
