Online Purchase Return Policy

If an item was purchased online, you may return it within 30 days of the date of receipt (unless otherwise stated ie. Specific sales listed as final sale, Outlet Deals etc.). 

You can bring online orders to any Kunstadt sports location and a refund will be applied by our online team within 24-48 hours of return to the store.

If you need to ship the item back to us you will do so at your own expense (unless otherwise stated by an online sales team member). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once received and inspected you will receive a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling and other additional charges.

Your refund will be in the same form of payment as originally used for the purchase. The packing slip or receipt that comes with your order is required as proof of purchase.

  • You must bring it with you or place it in the package you are returning to us (if shipped back to us via mail or courier) in order for your return to be processed.
  • The item must be returned unused/unworn, in original product packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.
  • Any item that is assembled and/or not within its original product packaging with all paperwork, parts and accessories will be issued a credit at the discretion of store management in the form of a Kunstadt Sports Retail Store Merchandise Credit.


For online returns, the postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date. If you need to return an item after 30 days, please contact our Head Office.

Kunstadt Sports is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift wrapping, and other additional charges for returned items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items that are defective or damaged. Contact us within 30 days from the date of your purchase and an exchange can be made for unused/unworn merchandise. If no alternative merchandise can be found an in store credit will be issued. An original receipt or proof of purchase is requested for all exchanges.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to you. Your credit will be processed using the same method as was used to process the original payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund within a reasonable period of time, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


Warranty Returns

Should you discover a manufacturer's defect in your purchased item within a reasonable amount of time, please return it to our store. An original receipt is required. If it is a warranty related issue, Kunstadt Sports will contact the manufacturer for you and help with the process, provided the original purchase was made at Kunstadt Sports. If the purchase was not made at Kunstadt Sports, there will be a nominal service fee.

In Store Pickup
All online orders placed for in store pickup will be subject to a holding period of not more than 30 days. At which point we will send notification (via email or sms provided with sale) that a refund for the order(s) is being applied and the order cancelled.
