Orders placed online may be subject to cancellation or delay if the desired item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable. If no suitable replacement can be offered, you will entitled to a full refund of your purchase price.
Shipping rates are based on shipping location and size of the item. Oversized items may be subject to higher shipping costs. You will be contacted by a customer service associate before any additional charges are added to your order.
Items damaged during shipping are not to be accepted by the customer. If an item is damaged during shipping and is accepted upon delivery, Kunstadt Sports waives all liability for the package and its contents.
If the price for an item you have recently purchased has been reduced, sale adjustment can be made if it meets adjustment criteria.
For online orders please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of placing your order. The item must be in stock and must be available in the same colour and size to receive an adjustment on original price.
In store purchases requiring a price adjustment need to be done at a Kunstadt Sports location.
We cannot perform price adjustments for items included the following sale events: Black Friday, Boxing Week, and other limited time sale events online or in store.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and alter pricing of products without notice. Pricing and information errors will be adjusted and customers can be notified of changes in their order due to any discrepancies or errors found online or in store.
All online orders placed for in store pickup will be subject to a holding period of not more than 30 days. At which point we will send notification (via email or sms provided with sale) that a refund for the order(s) is being applied and the order cancelled.
