Responsibilities:
- Engaging customers with enthusiasm, product knowledge and first hand experiences while driving sales.
- Assist customers in choosing the correct product while correctly sizing and fitting proper equipment to meet the customer’s needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service
- General tasks of handling point of sale transactions, answering phones and signing in service repairs.
- Merchandising, restocking and cleaning of store areas.
Skill Requirements:
- Previous experience in a sports retail environment
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision but also to work as a team
- Multitasking
- Available weekends, evenings, flexible schedule.
- Must love winter sports!

Ski Service Shop Technician
As a service shop technician at Kunstadt Sports you are a crucial part of our team. This position requires you to repair, problem solve and assist our customers (and sometimes sales staff!) with their equipment related issues! This is a fun and challenging position that allows you to share your love of skis or bikes with customers and co-workers in a real shop environment.
Responsibilities:
- To work in a fast paced and fun environment in our service shop
- Ski, snowboard, Nordic servicing (wax, base repairs, edge sharpening, binding mount/adjustment)
- Provide excellent customer service experiences and quality service repairs
- Responsible for properly taking in all service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling an appropriate amount of repairs and completing those repairs in a timely manner.
- Advises and assists customers with their product selection without bias.
- Communicates with store manager regarding repair and warranty part needs.
- Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the store manager.
Skill Requirements:
- Previous ski mechanic experience and ski knowledge is a must.
- Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday, multitask and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work both independently or in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.
- Ability to create an excellent customer and team experience.

Warehouse / Inventory Manager
Warehouse / Inventory Manager
Warehouse Operations, Online Order Shipping, and Inventory Management (Training will be provided). We are looking for someone energetic & enthusiastic with good attention to detail.
- Drivers License (Class G)
- Keep tracking of inventory/stock, loading/unloading vans.
- Ability to use Pallet Jacks, Hand Trucks
- Must be able to lift Up to 50 pounds
- Picking up/ dropping off trucks or vans
- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Review Purchase Orders for accuracy and special instructions
- Maintain the order and cleanliness of the shipping and receiving area
- Process Online orders for shipping to customers
- Communicate with store locations to obtain products for shipping orders
- Experience in eCommerce: Prior experience in eCommerce industry is preferred, as it provides a foundation for understanding the dynamics of online sales.
- Time Management Skills: Ability to multitask and set priorities effectively under time constraints is essential, given the fast-paced nature of eCommerce.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams and conveying product information clearly.
