How does it work?
Items ordered online have the option to be picked up in store during regular store hours. we have 4 Store locations in the Ottawa/Gatineau area.
At checkout if your items are all available at 1 location you will have the option to choose pickup at that store location. If you do not see this option (or a store near you is not available) it is because the items are not available at that store location (or all items are not available at one location)
How long will it take to get my order?
Once you have placed your order, the processing will take between 1 and 2 business days. We process orders between Monday and Friday, 9am to 5pm EST. Once we verify your order it may take up to 2-4 business days for the item to be delivered to your choice of our 4 locations.
We always try our best to keep our inventory online up to date, however there are times when an item that is available online can actually be out of stock due to synchronizing times with our inventory system.
How will I know when my order is ready to be picked up?
You will receive an email when your item is ready to be picked up. Please do not call our stores asking for information about your order. If you have any questions about your order you can either reply to your order email or email us @ email@example.com
Do I need to bring anything with me when I pickup my order?
In order to protect your order it would help us if you could bring your email order for verification with you and some ID.
