all e-bikes brought in for service must have the battery removed prior to entering the store

HOW TO BRING YOUR BICYCLE INTO KUNSTADT SPORTS FOR SERVICE

  • STEP 1: Before your bring your bike(s) to us make sure you:

    1. Clean all excess dirt/mud from bike
    2. Remove all accessories from bike (lights, water bottles etc.)

  • STEP 2

    Fill out our appointment booking form online OR come into our store and we will take down your information and create a service ticket for your bike with you. 

  • STEP 3

    If we discover your bike may need additional work we will email you. When your Bike is complete you will receive an email for pickup.
