Our carcass construction is robust and impervious against damage and penetration from foreign objects. The result: versatile, low weight and an attractive design. In addition, tires made using this technology can also be used as Tubeless or with an inner tube.
The ProTection technology gives our tires their perfect mix of fast rolling, grip and puncture protection. Four plies under the tread and three in the sidewalls make this possible. The whole tire attains greater resilience and becomes less vulnerable to damage. The BlackChili Compound, a tread compound, is always based on the latest knowledge of polymers and raw material research.

I like how I won’t have to tie my boots anymore and it’s just twist and go. Everything looks good and feels good the only thing I would suggest would be that if you want more comfortable boots then maybe go for something different if your just using them for shorter runs, then this is as good as it gets
I'd toppled over this morning and, well into my ride, realized I'd knocked my front brake cable out of its housing. I brought it into the Bank and Heron location and met Eric. He mended the brake, then went on to clean my very dirty chain, adjusted my rear brake and gear mechanisms and sold me some chain cleaning fluid - all in good humour and in short order. I flew home on my now very happy bicycle. THANKS, ERIC!

Good retention, transmission and responsiveness on a number of different snow conditions. Still a little difficult to get out of at the end of the day but does not freeze up with changing temperatures and wet 'powder' conditions.
