The Nordica Dobermann GSJ ski is a junior giant slalom race ski built to help developing athletes find a clean, consistent line from start to finish. It delivers smooth turn entry and reliable edge hold, making it easier to build confidence on course.
An Energy 2 Ti construction blends a wood core with metal reinforcement for a stable, responsive feel. The softer flex is tuned for lighter racers, helping them stay balanced while maintaining strong ski-snow contact through longer GS turns.
The updated Marker Junior Race Plate improves power transfer and keeps the ski working efficiently underfoot. Smaller sizes use a two-piece plate design to maintain natural flex, giving young racers a more predictable and forgiving ride as they progress.

I’ve only skied on them twice, last Friday under very hard groomed conditions and then this Monday under progressively softening conditions, the skis performed very well both days !

I'd toppled over this morning and, well into my ride, realized I'd knocked my front brake cable out of its housing. I brought it into the Bank and Heron location and met Eric. He mended the brake, then went on to clean my very dirty chain, adjusted my rear brake and gear mechanisms and sold me some chain cleaning fluid - all in good humour and in short order. I flew home on my now very happy bicycle. THANKS, ERIC!
