Perfect Training glove for Swix System II. 4 way stretch lycra upper with foam back insulation for warmth. All natural leather palm with out seam sewn fingers so for comfort and durability. Soft strong 1X1 acrylic ribbed cuffed slightly longer for protection. Stretch mesh panel over the knuckles for flexibility and breathability. Terry wipe and pull tab.

I like how I won’t have to tie my boots anymore and it’s just twist and go. Everything looks good and feels good the only thing I would suggest would be that if you want more comfortable boots then maybe go for something different if your just using them for shorter runs, then this is as good as it gets
I'd toppled over this morning and, well into my ride, realized I'd knocked my front brake cable out of its housing. I brought it into the Bank and Heron location and met Eric. He mended the brake, then went on to clean my very dirty chain, adjusted my rear brake and gear mechanisms and sold me some chain cleaning fluid - all in good humour and in short order. I flew home on my now very happy bicycle. THANKS, ERIC!
